Messages

Customized message handling for your business!

Every business is different. In addition to specifying how you want your phones answered you can specify how you want messages handled. Our system allows us the freedom to follow your protocols and procedures when taking a message for you. When we take a phone call for you, your message handling procedures are displayed on the operator’s screen. Messages can then be dispatched to you via pagers, cell phones, e-mail, fax or held in our office for your review. Each call taken for your business is completely documented and recorded. We even give you a toll free number to dial in and retrieve your messages every day 24 hours a day.

E-mail

Messages taken for you can be sent directly to any email address you choose.

Text

Our operator can dispatch a text message to your cell phone, Smart Phone, or pager. Every text message is detailed, numbered sequentially and time stamped.

Digital

If you prefer, once a message is taken we will notify you via your digital pager. We can page each message as often as you would like. The message will display your company’s phone number, your call forwarding number or even the caller’s phone number.

Fax

You have the option to receive a fax as each message as it is taken, or a batch of messages, or messages faxed at a specific time of day. Each message includes the time the message came in, when it was dispatched and the steps taken to dispatch the message.

Voicemail Services

This allows you to help control the costs of an answering service. Callers can leave routine messages to you in voice mail or in case of emergency be transferred to one of our operators who can then reach you.

Multi-level Voice Mailboxes

The caller is greeted by a main announcement and depending on the callers input, then be routed to different voice mailboxes.

Stand-aloneVoice Mailboxes

We will give you a voice mailbox that can hold up to 20 messages at one time. The voicemail is available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
